On track!

Hey guys! So i have been FINALLY been getting on track with the gym…i went for the first time last night and let me tell you…it was pretty rough. I grew up an extremely athletic child, i played basketball, soccer, rode horses, and was an avid runner for a while as well. But i’ve been pretty much sedentary for the past 2 years…just got lazy. I use to run 6 miles a day…straight, with no breaks, and last night i could only run for 1 1/2 minutes and then recover at a fast walk for 3 minutes…then i would bump it back up to running for the 1 1/2…so on and so forth. 

But anyways i am excited to get over my lazy slump and finally be excited about going to the gym and getting this body back in shape…and making my health a priority! I am off to the doctor right now because i haven’t been feeling to well lately sooooo hopefully then can give me some meds and get me back to normal!! Hope everyone is well!
